I have been making some pendants with various tools and techniques, and thought I’d share them with you. Here’s a look at a few of my favourites:
And a few close-ups. These three were made from dried/pressed flowers from my garden. I started with a couple of Tim Holtz’ Acrylic Fragments, which I sandwiched between the fragment, and several layers of dimensional adhesive and glitter.
This next one was made with a silver frame I picked up from Michael’s bargain bin, and added some bling, and a layer of dimensional adhesive.
The last two were made from pieces of my original art. I reduced them in size with Photoshop, and printed them on my laser printer. I then ahered them to Framents, and added some bling, and a layer of dimensional adhesive to protect it.
That’s it for now! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Hi Kim,
Your work is gorgeous, thanks for posting it online! I’m really interested in figuring out how you adhere scrapbook paper, drawings, print-outs, etc. onto fragments while making it look great. Are the fragments made out of polymer clay? Did you have to coat it with anything or sandwich the art between a fragment and translucent clay? Any input would be appreciated, this is the first time I’ve seen that technique and I would love to try it! Thanks

Hello Gracie! Thank you for visiting my blog, and for your question! The fragments are acrylic, and made by Ranger Industries, Tim Holtz. If you google it, you will find lots of info – even some Youtube videos. In a nutshell, I used a clear glue to attach scrapbook paper, photographs, etc. to the BACK of the fragment.
